One of our experts will reach out to discuss your project in detail, review your budget, and answer any questions you might have. If we’re the right fit, we’ll schedule an on-site visit to move forward with the next steps.

When we visit your property, we’ll take the time to listen to all your ideas, take detailed notes, and assess your outdoor space to explore what’s possible. Our team may also suggest creative options you haven’t considered. During the visit, we’ll take photos, measurements, and explain our process, answering any questions you may have. If a design fee applies, we’ll discuss it and, upon your approval, schedule a design presentation—typically within two weeks.

We’ll invite you to our design studio to review your custom landscape plan. The design will feature a detailed layout of your property, highlighting all elements, including features and hardscape areas, presented in a blueprint format. During this meeting, we’ll discuss project costs and the timeline. If needed, we can collaborate with you to make real-time adjustments, ensuring the final design aligns perfectly with your vision.

Once the landscape design concepts are finalized and any adjustments to the original plan are made, we consider this document the Master Plan. This plan can be executed all at once or divided into multiple phases over several years. After you approve the detailed budget, we’ll collect the initial deposit and add you to our schedule!

We’ll keep you informed about when work will start and what to expect throughout the process. Our uniformed crew, along with your project manager, will arrive to meet with you, go over the details, and answer any questions you have about the upcoming work. You can expect regular updates and clear communication from us as the project progresses.

Once your project is finished, we’ll schedule a walk-through with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. During this visit, we’ll collect the final payment and review any applicable warranties. We’ll also discuss ongoing maintenance options to help keep your new landscape looking its best for years to come.
