Lawn/Landscape Tear Out & Replacement

For many properties, your lawn or landscape beds can become overrun with weeds, plants have overgrown so much that trimming them would do more harm than good. Our Yard Renovation Process

Use non-selective herbicide to eradicate existing weeds, or using equipment such as skid loaders to strip out the old lawn & landscape beds
Haul in new topsoil that is finely screened
Grading and soil conditioning as needed to ensure the area is level, but still has enough of a slope for water to run away from structures
Install new plants and landscape rock or mulch
Prep the soil surface for the new sod by removing dirt chunks or other debris
Lay sod in a staggered pattern to allow the seams to grow together
Clean up the work area and provide you with instructions for aftercare including watering and fertilizing.
